At InCheq, protecting your data is a top priority. Our platform is designed with security, privacy, and compliance built in from the ground up.
Hosting & Infrastructure
InCheq is hosted on Microsoft Azure, utilising secure, Australian-based data centres in Melbourne, Sydney, and Canberra.
- 100% cloud-based – no on-premise data storage or processing
- End-to-end encryption with TLS 1.2 or higher
- Built on a robust, scalable infrastructure that meets strict security standards
Implementation & Onboarding
InCheq requires no software installation. Users access the platform through any modern web browser.
Our standard onboarding process includes:
- Administrator account creation
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) setup
- Guided orientation and access to support materials
- Advice on configuration and best practices
Data Access & Privacy
InCheq is designed to protect individual privacy.
- Only designated administrators can access employee data
- InCheq does not view or store individual survey responses
- Collected data includes:
- Name and email (or phone)
- Optional: Date of birth, age, gender
- All survey results are anonymised — individual identities are never shared with employers
Data Usage & Retention
Personally identifiable information (PII) is used solely to deliver surveys and report aggregated insights (once response thresholds are met).
- Admins can delete PII at any time
- Data is never sold, shared, or used for advertising
Compliance & Security Standards
InCheq aligns with recognised privacy and security frameworks, including:
- Australian Privacy Act & Australian Privacy Principles (APPs)
- GDPR (for international clients)
- Essential Eight Maturity Model (Australian Cyber Security Centre)
- ISO 27001:2022 certification (in progress, expected August 2025)
- Independent penetration testing (last completed February 2025 — no high or moderate risks identified)
